The Spring honey crop for 2009 is not as strong as we would like to see. We do expect some Black Mangrove (fingers crossed) and our Florida Holly and Goldenrod flows should be good this year.

We are in the process of developing more retail outlets which will carry our complete line of products.

We are now selling Hives, Nucs, Queens and frames of brood to new beekeepers. Our goal is to promote interest in the hobby and industry to new beekeepers in the Southeast.

We would like to consider a new association, affiliated with the FSBA, to help beginning beekeepers get a better start and help “old timers” with things like combined ordering, etc. Email me any comments (good or otherwise J) you have on the subject –
