Product Returns:
Anyone not satisfied with our product, for any reason,
may return it for a full refund.

Liquid Honey Returns:
Amount of return based on bottle weight.
Full Bottles = Full Returns, and so on.

Exchanges:
For any reason if our product does not meet your
expectations, just give us a call. We will replace any
defective product. Possible defects include, granulation, cap seals, and label quality. Keep in mind, it is
impossible to replace honey if it is not in stock. If your replacement honey is out of stock, customers may opt for in-stock honey of equal or lesser value. Or, finally, customers may choose to wait until the same product comes available again.

Order Shipment Information:
All in stock orders are shipped priority mail within 7-10
business days. Order & Shipment confirmations are
sent via email.
